Quotation activities
•Review RFI/RFQ condition with team, to follow up and review all inputs (BOM/ CT/ Investment/ hours etc. ) collected through CR file.
•Global cost model set up/ maintenance/ update/ explanation.
•Assist sales to prepare quote letter, ensure condition in quote letter align with GCM.
•Work with team to manage quote process and disclosure financial risks and improvement opportunities.
•Monthly program financial review and tracking with PM/LMs.
•Monthly engineering hours review/ book and charge out according to rule.
Product profitability & Commercial controlling
•Review product cost calculation and responsible for monthly product CM/ profit report.
•Responsible for product profitability reporting analysis (Sales/ EBIT/ ROIC etc.)
•Analyze variance between actual status vs. business plan/ quarterly forecast and quotation status.
•Ensure all MFG/ SGA/ Depreciation cost allocated to products appropriately.
•Business case study/ simulation/ comparison/ proposals (when volume/ project scope/ engineering or other commercial condition change etc.).
•Commercial controlling and business partnering with sales and purchasing.
•Drive VAVE KPI and follow up continuous improvement activities implementation (VAVE/ 6 Sigma projects etc.) in the plant.
•Capex management/ line utilization analysis etc.
